Shipping Policy

At Néssi Gourmet, we strive to deliver your orders promptly and in perfect condition.

Free shipping on orders over $75: orders with a subtotal of $75 or more ship free with our standard (Economy) shipping.
Orders under $75: standard (Economy) shipping is a flat $4.99. Other carrier options, when offered, are calculated at checkout.
Processing time: orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Delivery time: standard shipping typically arrives in 5–8 business days. Delivery times for other options are shown at checkout.
Order tracking: once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Delays: if we cannot ship your order within the time stated at checkout (or within 30 days if no time is stated), we will notify you, give you a revised shipping date and offer you the option to cancel for a full refund.
Damaged, lost or missing packages: contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or of the expected delivery date for lost packages) at sales@nessifoods.com with your order number. See our Return & Refund Policy for details.
