Order Issues & Claims
If you receive an order that is incorrect, damaged, or missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the following details:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Clear photos of the damaged product(s) and packaging
Our customer service team will assess your claim and, if eligible, we will provide one of the following resolutions:
- A refund for the affected product
- A store credit for future purchases
- A replacement of the damaged or missing item
Non-Eligible Issues
Nessi is not responsible for:
- Orders that were not collected or left outside upon delivery
- Customer preference or taste-related concerns
- Products that were opened or consumed
