Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with Néssi Gourmet. We are committed to high-quality products and excellent customer service.
No returns on food products
Because our products are food, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered. This protects the safety, freshness and quality of every product we sell. All sales are final, except in the cases described below.
Damaged, defective, incorrect or missing items
If an item arrives damaged, defective, spoiled, incorrect or missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sales@nessifoods.com with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the item and its packaging
- A brief description of the issue
After reviewing your request, we will send a replacement or refund the affected items. You do not need to send the item back unless we ask you to.
Order cancellations
If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have not yet shipped will be cancelled and fully refunded. Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled.
Shipping delays
If we cannot ship your order within the time stated at checkout (or within 30 days if no time is stated), we will notify you, give you a revised shipping date and offer you the option to cancel for a full refund.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 business days. Refunds for cancelled orders include any shipping charges paid. Your bank may take a few additional days to post the refund.
